The first part of creating the game was learning Unreal Engine 4, and how to create the blueprints that will drive the code for the game. I did this by using models downloaded from the epic games store and imported into my project.
I then proceeded onto creating each character for the game, adjusting the game mechanics and creating the music for the game. I had to animate every cycle for the characters, using Unreal engine to switch between them. The map is created in Unreal, through importing the assets I had created in Maya.
I completed some user testing to ensure the playability of the game. After these tests the gameplay was slightly adjusted for ease of new players.
As part of the project I also created some simple posters for the video game.
